Casper
Casper Original
Polyester, upcycled cotton, rayon, lycra and recycled polyester from up to 45 bottles are used to make the Casper’s cover. Hand-washing the cover with mild detergent is possible. In order to avoid shrinkage, Casper advises washing the cover in cold water and air drying it.
A 1.5-inch layer of open-cell polyfoam and a 2-inch layer of zoned memory foam make up the comfort system. In many all-foam models, heat dissipation is greatly reduced because of the open cell structure of the polyfoam layer. The memory foam layer cradles the sleeper’s body and relieves pressure spots, allowing them to sleep comfortably.
Seven inches of polyfoam make up the mattress’ support layer, which helps to level up the sleeping surface.
Casper Hybrid

When we sleep on our sides, the gel grid compresses only between our shoulders and hips, providing some much-needed pressure relief. Lighter side sleepers may experience this differently than heavier side sleepers, as we’ll explain below.

Average Weight Sleepers – 130 lbs – 230 lbs
Back sleepers of average weight should find the Casper mattress supportive and comfortable, while side sleepers should experience reduced pressure points in the shoulders and hips. The Casper should be adequate for stomach sleepers who weigh less than 130 pounds, but individuals who weigh more than 230 pounds may require a firmer mattress.
